Privacy Policy

01Introduction

Vidora is a mobile app that turns a photo and a short text prompt into an AI-generated video. We collect only what we need to run that service, keep your account anonymous, and never sell personal data.

02Information We Collect

2.1  Device identifiers

Vidora does not require an email address or social login. The app creates an anonymous session tied to your device. To operate, we collect:

• A device identifier generated by the app, and the anonymous user code shown in Settings.
• Device type, operating system and version.
• The language and region configured on your device.

2.2  Usage and analytics data

To improve the app, we record how you interact with it: the screens you view, the features you use and in-session events. This data is aggregated and is not intended to identify you personally.

2.3  Attribution data

We collect information about how you discovered and installed the app (for example, advertising campaigns or referral links) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

2.4  Diagnostic data

When a request fails or the app encounters an error, we may collect technical details — the type of error, the app version and the device state at the time — so we can fix it.

2.5  Push notifications

If you allow it, we store a push token so we can tell you when a video is ready or when a reward is available. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

03Photos, Prompts & Videos

To generate a video, you choose a photo from your library or camera and write a text prompt. The app requests access to your photos or camera only when you pick an image, and to your photo library only when you save a video.

• Photos you upload are used solely to generate the video you requested.
• Prompts are used to generate that video and are shown back to you in My Videos.
• Generated videos are stored so you can watch, save and share them from My Videos, and are deleted automatically when the auto-delete countdown shown in the app runs out. You can delete any video sooner yourself.
• Reports you submit about a video (the reason and any note) are used to review content and improve quality.

We do not use your photos, prompts or videos for any purpose other than operating the service.

04How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain and improve the app's features.
• Process in-app purchases and subscriptions, and manage your gem balance.
• Run the Daily Reward and other in-app rewards.
• Analyze and improve performance and experience.
• Diagnose errors, prevent abuse and keep the service safe.
• Send service-related notifications, if you allow them.

05In-App Purchases

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. We do not collect, store or process your payment card information. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We receive only a transaction confirmation so we can grant the corresponding gems or Pro entitlement, and restore it when you use Restore Purchases.

06Third-Party Services

We do not sell personal data. We use the following services to operate the app, each of which processes data under its own policy:

Vidora does not send your photos, prompts or videos to these services. They receive only device identifiers, app events and attribution data. AI video generation runs on infrastructure operated by us; no third-party AI service receives your photos or face data.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

07Storage and Security

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data, including encrypted connections and secure storage of sensitive values on your device. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can access it.

08Data Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Generated videos follow the auto-delete countdown shown in the app. You can uninstall the app at any time to stop further collection.

We do not share face data with any third party, and face data is not stored. We do not perform facial recognition, do not create or store biometric templates or faceprints, and do not use face data to identify any individual or to train models.

09Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data. Email us with the user code shown in Settings so we can locate your records. You can also control notification, photo and tracking permissions through your device settings.

10Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
