Terms of Use — Vidora

By downloading, installing or using Vidora ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and Vidora. They apply together with our Privacy Policy and the terms of the App Store or Google Play from which you downloaded the app.

02Description of Service

Vidora lets you generate short videos with artificial intelligence from a photo you provide and a text prompt you write, at the quality and duration you select. We may add, change or discontinue features, qualities, durations or pricing at any time.

03Accounts and Access

The app works through an anonymous session tied to your device; you do not need to create an account with an email address. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your device. If you reinstall the app or change devices, your gem balance and videos may not carry over, but active subscriptions can be recovered with Restore Purchases.

04Gems and In-App Purchases

4.1Generating a video costs gems. The cost depends on the quality and duration you choose and is set in the app. Gems can be earned through in-app rewards such as the Daily Reward, bought in packs, or included with a subscription.

4.2All transactions are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play and are subject to their terms.

4.3Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

4.4Gems have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and may expire under the terms shown at the time of purchase.

4.5If a generation fails for a technical reason, you can retry it from My Videos.

05Subscriptions and Free Trials

5.1Vidora Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered on weekly and annual terms. Price, term and benefits are shown in the app before you subscribe.

5.2Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of a free trial if one applies.

5.3The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

5.4You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

5.5Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Introductory or sale prices apply only for the period stated in the offer.

06Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Upload photos you do not have the right to use, or photos of other people without their consent.
Create content that is illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
Create any content that sexualizes or exploits minors.
Create videos designed to impersonate real people or to deceive others into believing events occurred that did not.
Copy, reverse-engineer, interfere with or disrupt the app or its infrastructure.
Abuse or defraud the gem, reward or payment systems.

You can report any video from its detail screen. We may remove content and restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

07AI-Generated Content

Videos are produced automatically by artificial intelligence. Results can be unexpected, inaccurate or different from what you described, and similar prompts may produce similar results for other users. Review each video before sharing it and do not rely on it as a depiction of real events.

08Content Ownership

8.1 Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and prompts you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, of the videos you generate. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to the material you upload.

8.2 Our content

The app's software, design, logos, icons and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.

09Third-Party Services

The app integrates third-party services for payments, analytics, attribution and notifications. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for the conduct of third parties.

10Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the app or any generated video will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.

11Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app, including loss of content, videos or gems.

12Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, unless mandatory rules in your place of residence require otherwise.
